A shape you won't see anywhere else

A shape you won't see anywhere else

This column doesn't look like a classic column. Its body forms a long U that rises to an open loop at head height. This loop serves as the shower head: seen from below, the water falls as rain from the whole ring.

In the photos, the shade is a pale, matt cream, close to champagne, with a glossy black panel in the centre of the body. It sits like a decorative object in a dark or concrete bathroom.

The round handset, in the same tone, is stored on a holder fixed to the wall right next to it.

The black panel and its dials

The black panel and its dials

At hand height, a black panel carries a small blue illuminated display at the top and five round dials stacked below. You turn them to open and adjust the water outlets, without searching for a hidden handle.

On the sides of the body, either side of the panel, black slots can be seen in the photos. The supplier does not detail their role or that of each dial: ask us before ordering if a specific function matters to you.

The column is stated as stainless steel. The glossy black panel is wiped in one move, like a phone screen, after each shower.

Fitting and space to allow for

Fitting and space to allow for

In the photos, the column is fixed against the wall, water supplies hidden behind the body. It is not built into the partition: it stays in relief, and that is deliberate, since its shape creates the effect.

Allow enough ceiling height for the loop, and a clear stretch of wall for the body and the handset resting beside it. Fitting on existing supplies requires a few holes; if they have to be moved, a plumber will take care of it.

A pale, matt finish is wiped with a soft cloth, with no abrasive product.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A stainless steel body: immune to corrosion, it keeps its look despite constant contact with water.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

What colour is it really?
In the photos, a light, matt cream shade close to champagne, with a black strip. It is not a shiny gold.
Is it built into the wall?
No: it is fixed against the wall, standing proud. Only the water supplies are hidden behind it.
Where does the water come out of the head?
From the loop at the top of the column, which forms the shower head.
What are the five dials for?
They control the water outlets; the supplier does not detail each function, so write to us Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm if you want clarification.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
