A handle that shows what's inside

In the spray photos, the handset handle is transparent and filled with small coloured beads. This is what the title calls a filter: water passes through these beads before leaving the head.

We promise no effect on water quality, skin or hair, as the supplier gives no figures. Note also that in the photos of each finish, the handle looks solid, in metal or black.

If the transparent handle is what interests you, look closely at the spray photos before ordering. If in doubt, customer service replies Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

A square head, three sprays

The head is a square plate with softened corners, covered in regular rows of nozzles. Three photos show three sprays: a dense rain, fine straight streams, and an aerated jet in larger drops.

Choose the finish to suit your taps: gold for a warm look, black for contrast, chrome to blend into a classic shower.

The square shape goes with a rectangular shower tray and a straight-lined mixer. The slider on the chrome bar sets the handset height in one movement.

The set does not include a tap: the chrome shower bar fixes to the wall and the handset connects to the hose of your mixer.

The connection is stated as 1/2″ (15x21), the standard for showers in France: the handset screws on by hand, with the washer in place, without tools.

For upkeep, rinse the head with clear water. The beads in the handle are visible: if they change appearance, that is a cue to clean. The bar is fixed to the wall by two brackets, which means a few holes and wall plugs.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.
