A tube silhouette and a swan-neck spout

A tube silhouette and a swan-neck spout

This mixer does not look like the usual massive bodies: it is made of a horizontal round bar, a vertical cylinder carrying the handle and a curved spout coming out from underneath. The dimensioned diagram gives 150 mm between the inlets, a 190 mm bar, 155 mm total height and a 105 mm spout.

This shape leaves room under the tap to fill a bucket or rinse a child in the bath.

One of the photos shows the spout turned upwards: ask us to confirm if the spout orientation matters for your installation.

Control and shower outlet

Control and shower outlet

A flat handle on top of the cylinder sets the flow by lifting it and the temperature by turning it. Under the bar, a threaded outlet takes the shower hose: the stated connection is 1/2″, the 15x21 of most hoses on sale.

The end of the spout carries a grid aerator, visible in close-up, which makes the jet softer. It unscrews to be rinsed in vinegar when limescale clogs it.

The supplier specifies that the tap is sold without shower head or hose: allow for them separately.

Fitting and what's in the box

Fitting and what's in the box

The flat-lay photo shows what comes with the body: two eccentric connectors, two round rosettes and seals. The eccentrics screw into the wall outlets and take up a gap between 130 and 170 mm, according to the supplier.

No drilling is needed if two inlets already exist: screw in the eccentrics with PTFE tape, set their gap, fit the rosettes, then the mixer nuts.

The parcel ships within 24 h, free UK delivery. After turning the water back on, check every nut with a dry hand.

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A stainless steel body: immune to corrosion, it keeps its look despite constant contact with water.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

+33 7 56 88 18 90 Write to us
Is the shower head included?
No. The supplier states "sold without shower head or hose". The box contains the mixer, the eccentric connectors, the rosettes and the seals.
What spacing between my supplies?
The eccentric connectors adjust between 130 and 170 mm; the diagram is dimensioned at 150 mm, the most common spacing.
How do I care for brushed stainless steel?
A soft sponge and soapy water, then a dry cloth. Avoid abrasive powders, which scratch the brushed finish.
Will my current hose be compatible?
Yes, if it has a 1/2″ (15x21) nut, the standard for shower hoses.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
