A rain that falls over your shoulders

A rain that falls over your shoulders

What sets this column apart is the size of its rain shower: 33 cm by 40 cm according to the drawing, a plate wider than your shoulders. The water falls like a curtain over the whole upper body, without having to move to rinse.

A large plate spreads the water over many nozzles: with low pressure, the rain will be gentle rather than invigorating. That is normal, and often what you want under a rain shower. For a livelier rinse, the handset takes over. The arm carrying the plate is square, like the rail.

The thermostat: set it once

The thermostat: set it once

At the bottom of the column, the horizontal body is a thermostatic mixer. Unlike a standard mixer, where you look for the right temperature by hand at every shower, the thermostat keeps the chosen temperature, even if someone opens a tap elsewhere in the house.

The top of the body is flat: in several photos it serves as a small rest. The rectangular handset hangs on a holder that slides along the square rail, and its hose leaves from under the thermostat. For children or elderly people, a thermostat avoids sudden changes in hot water.

Adjustable height and installation

Adjustable height and installation

The rail adjusts between 82 and 110 cm according to the drawing. Add the arm and the plate above: measure the distance between your water supplies and the ceiling, then choose the setting that leaves the plate above the head of the tallest person in the house.

The thermostat screws onto the two wall supplies, hot water on one side and cold on the other, then the rail is fixed to the wall by a bracket that needs drilling. To replace an existing wall mixer, an equipped DIYer can manage; for a new installation, call a plumber.

What makes the difference

A shower that turns scalding when a tap is opened elsewhere.

Our answer

A thermostatic cartridge that corrects the mix continuously.

A fixed shower head height, too low for some, too high for others.

Our answer

An adjustable height on the rail: everyone sets their own.

Buying the mixer, rail and shower head separately and hoping they match.

Our answer

A complete set: everything arrives matching, in the same finish, with the right fittings.

Breaking the tiles to fit concealed taps.

Our answer

Surface-mounted on the two existing outlets: no chasing, nothing to close up.

A fixed shower head that aims at your head and nothing else.

Our answer

An overhead rain shower that covers your shoulders, plus an adjustable handset.

Thermostatic or mixer: what is the difference?
With a mixer you look for the temperature by hand; the thermostat keeps it stable once set.
How big is the rain shower?
33 x 40 cm, according to the supplier's drawing.
Does it work with low pressure?
Yes, but the rain will be gentle: a large plate spreads the water over many nozzles. The handset gives a more concentrated spray.
What ceiling height should I allow for?
The rail adjusts from 82 to 110 cm above the thermostat; add the arm and measure up to the ceiling.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
