Four sprays in your hand

Four sprays in your hand

The round handset is the strong point of this model. Its head offers four sprays, shown one by one in the supplier's visuals: fine spray, mixed, rain and massage.

Its nozzles are silicone nubs: when a white deposit appears, rub them with a fingertip to loosen it, without tools.

It sits in a slider on the rail; the drawing gives about 65 cm of travel to place it at the right height. The “Silicone self-cleaning” visual highlights these nubs, in the centre of the head.

The rain shower and the diverter

The rain shower and the diverter

At the top, a round rain shower about 23 cm in diameter is carried by an arm of about 47 cm. Its ball joint lets it turn and tilt about fifteen degrees to aim at the centre of the shower.

At the bottom of the rail, a black box carries a round knob: you turn it to send the water to the rain shower or to the handset. The supplier's visual shows the inside, with a copper-bodied cartridge and a ceramic disc.

The total height shown on the drawing is about 101 cm, arm included.

No taps: how to connect it

No taps: how to connect it

This column does not control the temperature. It takes water that is already mixed, from the outlet of a mixer or a concealed valve, via a wall connection piece included in the package.

The installation photos show the sequence: connector screwed to the wall, rail pushed onto the diverter, upper bracket fixed, arm and rain shower screwed on, then hose and handset. Gloves are even supplied.

If your current mixer has no outlet going upwards, a plumber will know how to adapt it. Before tightening the wall connector, wrap a few turns of PTFE tape around its thread, in the direction of tightening.

What makes the difference

Changing your shower means removing the mixer and opening up the wall again.

Our answer

A set that screws onto your existing mixer: nothing to remove, nothing to break.

A fixed shower head that aims at your head and nothing else.

Our answer

An overhead rain shower that covers your shoulders, plus an adjustable handset.

Drilling new holes to adjust the height.

Our answer

An adjustable rail that reuses the existing fixings.

Receiving the set and finding the fittings missing.

Our answer

Hoses, fittings and instructions in the box.

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
