How do you change a bathroom basin mixer?

• Turn off the water at the isolation valves under the basin and open the mixer to drain the remaining water.
• Unscrew the hoses, then the fixing nut under the worktop, and remove the old mixer.
• Fit the new mixer with its seal, tighten the nut, screw the hoses back on.
• Turn the water back on and check every connection.
