An all-white shower system

An all-white shower system

Tube, arm, rectangular rain head, shelf and hoses: everything is white, and only the handset face stands out in dark. Against a coloured wall, such as the turquoise in the photos, the column reads as a light stroke.

It suits a bright or Scandinavian-style bathroom, where chrome taps would create too many reflections.

On white, limescale marks show less than on black: a wipe with a soft sponge now and then keeps it looking clean. The thin, rectangular rain head keeps the same clean line as the tube.

The shelf and its buttons

The shelf and its buttons

The white tray under the handset works as a shelf for a bottle. It has a row of white buttons on top and a ring handle hanging underneath.

The exploded photo shows what is inside: a multi-outlet brass body housed in a two-part white shell. The supplier does indeed state brass as the material.

To the left of the column, a white bidet-style handset sits in its holder with its own hose, handy for rinsing the shower tray or your feet.

What to check before fitting

What to check before fitting

The column mounts on the wall and connects to existing hot and cold water supplies. Replacing a wall-mounted shower column is usually done on the same supplies; to create or move them, call a plumber.

Measure the ceiling height: the rain head is carried on an angled arm at the top of the tube and needs room above it.

The supplier does not specify what each button does. If you want to know which one controls which outlet before buying, write to us: customer service replies Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

What is the body made of?
Brass, according to the supplier and the exploded photo that shows it under the white shell.
Is the bidet spray included?
It appears on the column, with its holder and hose, in the photos of the full set.
Can I put products on the shelf?
Yes, the white tray works as a shelf for a shower gel or shampoo.
How do I clean the white?
A soft sponge and soapy water; avoid scouring creams, which scratch the surface.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
