The mixer stays on the wall, not in it

The mixer stays on the wall, not in it

Where other bidet-sprayer mixers require opening the partition, this one is surface-mounted. Two eccentric connectors screw onto the hot and cold supplies, two square rosettes cover them, and the rectangular body fixes onto them.

The eccentrics make up for a slight offset between the supplies; the photo gives 15 cm between the centres of the connectors. If your two water outlets already exist, for example those of an old hand basin, installation needs only a few tools.

Without these supplies, a plumber will need to create them before fitting.

Hot, cold, and everything in between

Hot, cold, and everything in between

The flat lever at the front of the body sets the temperature: a photo illustrates the range from hot to cold with a red and blue arc. In winter, intimate hygiene is done with warm water, not with the icy water of a handset connected to the cistern.

The square handset, about 11.5 cm high, sits in a holder at the end of the mixer. It receives water through a ribbed metal hose.

The mixer only works with both supplies, hot and cold. The flat lever is operated with one finger, with no need to grip it.

More than a toilet handset

More than a toilet handset

The supplier also presents it for other uses, shown in its photos: rinsing the toilet bowl, washing the floor, rinsing a mop, bathing a small pet or cleaning a washing machine. The powerful spray starts when you squeeze the trigger.

In the box, the photo of the contents shows the mixer body, the handset, the hose, two eccentric connectors, two square rosettes and seals.

Brushed stainless steel, black or gold: a soft cloth and soapy water look after them, never anything abrasive on gold. Gold warms up a toilet with beige tones, black gives a more graphic style.

What makes the difference

Calling a plumber to run an extra water supply.

Our answer

A connection to the existing toilet supply, with the T-piece included.

A single jet, too strong or too weak, that you can't adjust.

Our answer

A progressive flow: the trigger follows the pressure of your thumb.

A handset left lying on the floor between uses.

Our answer

A wall bracket included, keeping it within reach without leaving it on the floor.

A hose that leaks and has to be replaced along with everything else.

Our answer

A detachable hose: you can swap it yourself when the time comes.

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

Our answer
  • 1 square wall-mounted mixer
  • 1 square handset
  • 1 metal hose
  • 2 eccentric connectors
  • 2 square wall plates
  • Seals

Do I have to knock through the wall?
No: the mixer is surface-mounted, on two eccentric connectors screwed onto the existing hot and cold supplies.
What centre distance between the supplies?
The photo gives 15 cm between the centres of the connectors; the eccentrics make up for a slight offset.
Can I connect it to the toilet supply alone?
No, a mixer needs hot and cold water. On the cistern supply alone, a handset with a 3-way tap is a better fit.
What is in the box?
The mixer, the square handset, its hose, two eccentric connectors, two square rosettes and seals.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
