A concealed shower, run from a screen

A concealed shower, run from a screen

This model has no visible tube: a round shower head comes out of the wall or drops from the ceiling, a handset sits beside it, and everything is controlled from a rectangular plate with rounded corners.

On this plate, a first round dial shows the water temperature in digits. Below it, a dial ringed with a lit band is pressed with a fingertip, as seen in the gold close-up.

It's the model for a contemporary walk-in shower, when you want to read the degrees rather than guess on a scale.

Four finishes, four settings

Four finishes, four settings

The photos show each finish in a different installation: in chrome, a white shower head and a handset on a bar; in black, a handset on a wall bracket with a black hose; in pink, a shower head dropping from a ceiling tube; in gold, a wall-mounted shower head and a gold handset bar.

The round shower head has a dark nozzle face and a slot at the front.

The control plate matches the chosen colour. The supplier does not detail exactly what is supplied with each finish: ask us for the matching set-up before ordering.

A job for a plumber

A job for a plumber

The control body is concealed in the wall behind the plate: the hot and cold supplies, as well as the outlets to the shower head and handset, run inside the partition. This is an open-bathroom job, best left to a plumber.

The thermostatic function stated by the supplier keeps the chosen temperature during the shower, with no need to readjust when another tap is opened.

The supplier does not say how the screen is powered; ask us if you want to know before starting work. The four finishes are fitted in the same way, only the colour changes.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

Is it a column with a tube?
No: the photos show a concealed shower, with a shower head on the wall or ceiling and a wall control plate.
Does the display show the temperature?
Yes, the round dial shows the degrees as numbers.
Which finish should I choose?
Chrome, black, rose or gold: match the one on your basin tap to coordinate the bathroom.
Can I install it myself?
The body is built into the wall: it is a job for a plumber, ideally during a renovation.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
