A puck rather than a backplate

A puck rather than a backplate

This model stands apart from rosette-style holders: it is a short, round cylinder with a hook open at the top coming out of it. Seen from the front, it looks like a simple button on the wall.

In the photos, the back ends in a transparent disc and a dark seal, with no screw holes at all. It therefore sits flat against a smooth wall, with no building work.

Its compact shape suits small showers and glass screens, where an arm-type holder would take up too much room. It projects only a few centimetres from the wall, so you won't bang your shoulder on it in a narrow cubicle.

The inside of the hook is ribbed: the grooves seen in the close-up grip the handle and limit slipping when the handset is wet.

The U-shaped opening takes the usual tapered handles. The handset goes in from above and is lifted out with one hand, with no clip to open.

The angle of the hook is fixed in the photos: the handset rests tilted slightly forwards. Choose the fitting height accordingly, preferably a little above the head of the tallest user. On a glass screen, fit it on the side opposite the door: the handset stays within reach as you step in, and the water doesn't run towards the opening.

Black, gold or chrome

Black, gold or chrome

The three shades are photographed side by side. Matt black suits black taps, chrome remains the versatile choice, and the version advertised as "gold" appears as a brushed champagne shade in the photos.

The body is stated to be ABS: light, and it doesn't rust. Clean it with a soft cloth and soapy water, never with abrasive powder.

Before fitting, degrease the wall thoroughly and let it dry: how well a screw-free holder stays up depends first of all on the surface it is applied to. Match the shade of your hose or mixer for a coordinated look.

About this tap

+33 7 56 88 18 90 Write to us
Do I need to drill?
The photos show no screw holes: it sticks onto a smooth wall by its transparent back disc.
What surface should it go on?
Smooth, clean, dry glazed tiles, glass or ceramic. A grainy wall or a grout line prevents a good hold.
Is the "gold" colour shiny?
In the photos it appears as a brushed champagne shade, softer than polished gold.
Can I angle the shower handset?
The hook has no visible joint: the angle is set by the height at which you place the holder.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
