Two shapes in the photos

Two shapes in the photos

The photos in this listing show two set-ups. The first has a spout under the bar, a pull and a hose outlet: it is a bath shower mixer. The second has no spout: the lever hangs vertically and the hose leaves directly under the body, for a shower only.

The options only offer the colour, without specifying the shape delivered. Tell us which one interests you before ordering: we will confirm the model.

In both cases, the bar is a smooth tube ending in round rosettes.

Thermostatic or mixer?

Thermostatic or mixer?

A thermostatic keeps the water at the chosen temperature even if someone flushes a toilet; it has a graduated dial. Here, the photos show a single lever and a curved red-to-blue arrow: you set the temperature by hand, as on a mixer.

If a stable temperature matters to you, for a child or an older person, look instead at a model with a graduated dial.

The supplier states stainless steel and quiet operation. For a shower shared by adults, the mixer stays simple and quick to adjust.

Installation and care

Installation and care

The mixer screws onto two existing wall inlets, without drilling. The supplier does not give the centres: measure the gap between your outlets and check that you have eccentrics.

The close-up of the brushed version shows a threaded outlet for the hose, with a 1/2″ (15x21) nut, and a grid aerator on the spout.

Brushed and matt black finishes are cleaned with soapy water, no abrasives. Dry after use to avoid white limescale marks, more visible on black. The aerator unscrews for a soak in white vinegar.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A stainless steel body: immune to corrosion, it keeps its look despite constant contact with water.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

+33 7 56 88 18 90 Write to us
Is it thermostatic?
No: a single lever, with no graduated dial. The temperature is set by hand.
With or without a spout?
The photos show both versions and the option only covers the colour. Contact us to find out which model is delivered.
Is the brushed stainless steel shiny?
No: it's a grey, matt, satin metal that shows marks less than a mirror chrome.
Which hose should I use?
A hose with a 1/2″ (15x21) nut, the French standard.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
