A sprayer, without a tap

A sprayer, without a tap

This kit contains the essentials and nothing more: a chrome trigger sprayer, a long metal hose and a wall holder. It has no shut-off valve.

It is therefore aimed at those who already have a water outlet ready to receive a hose, or who are fitting a 3-way tap on their toilet supply at the same time.

It is also the obvious replacement part when an old sprayer leaks or has become clogged with limescale: you keep the tap in place and change the rest. The sprayer arrives ready to screw onto its hose.

A discreet holder

A discreet holder

The holder, in chrome-plated metal, is mounted on a small clear plate: on tiles, you see almost nothing but the holder.

The sprayer slides in head up and comes off with one hand. Its trigger, at the front of the handle, is operated with your fingers; when released, it shuts off the water.

The metal-sheathed hose is stored in a loop under the holder. Its nut screws onto the threaded end of the sprayer on one side and onto the water outlet on the other. The shiny chrome of the sprayer is matched by the holder, for a coordinated set.

Much more than a toilet sprayer

Much more than a toilet sprayer

The photos list its uses: cleaning the toilet and bathroom, showering a baby, cleaning nappies and pets, and even washing the car.

Connected near the toilet, it supplies cold mains water. Turn off the tap that feeds it after use: the hose is relieved of pressure and the head stays dry.

Its hose connects in the usual handset format, 1/2″ (15x21); on a 3/8″ (12x17) toilet supply, a reducer bush makes the link. It is a help to families with young children as well as to pet owners.

Is the tap included?
No: this kit includes the handset, the hose and the holder. You need an existing water outlet or a 3-way tap on the toilet supply.
How do I connect it to my toilet?
Fit a 3-way tap on the cistern supply: one outlet for the flush, the other for this hose.
Can it replace my old handset?
Yes, if your tap has an outlet in the 1/2″ size used by handset hoses.
How do I look after it?
A soft cloth on the chrome; if the holes in the head get limescale, soak it in white vinegar.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
