Push buttons — two square keys to press, instead of knobs to turn.

Built-in holder — the handset clips onto the top of the body, nothing else to fix to the wall.

Spiral hose — it stretches towards the toilet, then coils back under the tap.

A square block, two buttons

A square block, two buttons

What sets this sprayer apart is its square body with two push buttons. No dial or lever: you press a button, a bit like on a flush plate. Each button carries a small pictogram, so you don't have to hunt for the right one when you use it.

The sprayer holder is formed on top of the body. The sprayer stands upright against the wall, the hose hangs in loops just below: it all fits in a few centimetres of tiling, beside the cistern.

A round rosette of the same shade hides where the connection passes into the wall.

White or grey: two moods

White or grey: two moods

The white version is entirely white, coiled hose included: it blends into light toilets, against white tiles or beside a wall-hung pan. The grey version takes on anthracite grey right down to the hose and the rosette.

In the photos of the grey model, the tap is mounted on a grey stone wall, near a white cistern: the contrast stays discreet and elegant. The body is stated as brass, the usual metal for taps, at home in the damp of a toilet.

For upkeep, a soft cloth is enough; an abrasive sponge would mark the white as well as the grey.

Before ordering: the connection

Before ordering: the connection

The body screws onto a water supply coming out of the wall, then the rosette covers the connection. Its connection is stated as 1/2″ (15x21). On a toilet supply, often 3/8″ (12x17), a reducing bush makes the link.

The product name says thermostatic. A thermostatic unit works with hot and cold water: to get lukewarm water, you need both supplies. Connected only to the cistern supply, a sprayer gives cold mains water.

If in doubt about your installation, our customer service replies Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

What makes the difference

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

  • 1 rose

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

How do you turn the water on?
By pressing one of the two square buttons on the body: there is no dial or lever.
Do I need hot water?
For tempered water, yes: a thermostatic mixer needs a hot and a cold supply. On the toilet supply alone, the water comes out cold.
My supply is 3/8″: is it compatible?
The stated connector is 1/2″: add a 3/8″ to 1/2″ reducer bush, a small part you can easily find in DIY shops.
What is in the box?
The photo of the contents shows the two-button body with its holder, the handset, the coiled hose and a wall plate.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
