Specifications

Swan neck kitchen tap with pull-out spray, black, steel or chrome

The swan-neck kitchen tap with pull-out spray, black, stainless steel or chrome replaces an existing kitchen tap without any changes to your plumbing. Its body is 304 stainless steel. Its cartridge is ceramic — the part that decides whether a tap drips after three years. This model is filed under kitchen taps and fittings.

It is fitted on three holes. The connector is 3/8″, the standard thread of French water supplies: existing hoses screw straight on. The parcel contains 1 tap, 2 connecting hoses, hot and cold water, 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut, and the necessary sealing washers. Dispatch within 24 hours and 30 days to change your mind.

Choosing well: pull-out kitchen tap

Choosing well: pull-out kitchen tap

The pull-out spout does what the fixed tap cannot: rinse a bowl, fill a container placed to one side, clean around the sink. The length of hose that comes out is the criterion: allow at least 50 cm of usable length.

The other models are gathered in our kitchen tap with pull-out spray.

Pull-Out Kitchen Tap: Useful Hose Length

Pull-Out Kitchen Tap: Useful Hose Length

Between two models, automatic return and the tightness of the housing decide it: a spout that drips in its housing leaves a puddle on the worktop.

  • 304 stainless steel body
  • Pull-out spout to rinse both bowls
  • Automatic return of the spout to its housing
  • Hose guided by a counterweight under the sink
  • Ceramic cartridge, for drip-free operation

An aerator like Brass water-saving tap aerator fits by hand and reduces the flow without you feeling it.

Checking the automatic return

Checking the automatic return

Check every six months that the counterweight slides freely under the sink. It is this, not a spring, that returns the spout to its place.

In the kitchen, the aerator decides everyday comfort. Unscrewed and left for an hour in warm white vinegar each quarter, it regains its flow without anything else needing to be taken apart.

In the same spirit, Water Filters for Impurities completes the installation.

What makes the difference

A fixed spout that doesn't reach the bottom of the sink.

Our answer

A pull-out spray that extends on its hose and returns to its place on its own.

A zamak body with a simple chrome coating: the plating flakes and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A solid body, heavy in the hand — that weight is what sets durable tapware apart from a hollow tube.

A rubber washer that flattens and leaves the tap dripping after two years.

Our answer

A ceramic cartridge: two polished discs that shut off the water by contact, with no soft wearing parts.

Having to tip a saucepan on its side to fill it under the spout.

Our answer

A generous clearance designed for a large container, not just a mug.

A harsh jet that splashes the whole sink and wastes water.

Our answer

An aerator that mixes air into the stream: a full jet with lower consumption.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
