Pull-out spout — the spray comes to the dishes, not the other way round.

Specifications

Square basin mixer tap with pull-out spout and 3 spray modes

The square basin mixer tap with pull-out spout and three spray modes replaces the existing basin tap on its current tap hole. Its body is made of brass. Its ceramic cartridge is the part that decides whether a tap drips after three years. This model is listed under our basin mixer taps.

The parcel contains 1 tap, 2 connecting hoses, hot and cold water, 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut, and the necessary sealing washers. Dispatch within 24 hours and 30 days to change your mind.

Choosing well: basin mixer tap

Choosing well: basin mixer tap

The pull-out spout does what the fixed tap cannot: rinse a bowl, fill a container placed to one side, clean around the sink. The length of hose that comes out is the criterion: allow at least 50 cm of usable length.

The other models are gathered in our Basin Tap.

Basin mixer tap: useful hose length

Between two models, automatic return and the tightness of the housing decide it: a spout that drips in its housing leaves a puddle on the worktop.

  • Brass body
  • Pull-out spout to rinse both bowls
  • Automatic return of the spout to its housing
  • Hose guided by a counterweight under the sink
  • Ceramic cartridge, for drip-free operation

An aerator like Brass water-saving tap aerator fits by hand and reduces the flow without you feeling it.

Checking the automatic return

Checking the automatic return

Check every six months that the counterweight slides freely under the sink. It is this, not a spring, that returns the spout to its place.

In the kitchen, the aerator decides everyday comfort. Unscrewed and left for an hour in warm white vinegar each quarter, it regains its flow without anything else needing to be taken apart.

The rest of the selection can be seen in our Bathroom Tap.

What makes the difference

A spout that's too short and sends the water onto the rim of the basin.

Our answer

A calibrated spout so the stream lands in the centre, not on the ceramic.

A rubber washer that flattens and leaves the tap dripping after two years.

Our answer

A ceramic cartridge: two polished discs that shut off the water by contact.

A harsh jet that splashes the mirror as soon as you wash your hands.

Our answer

An aerator that softens the flow: the water comes out full, without the force.

Drilling the basin to fit a new tap.

Our answer

Installation on the existing hole, with the threaded stem and nut supplied.

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

Our answer
  • 1 tap
  • 2 connecting hoses, hot water and cold water
  • 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut

What is it made of?
Brass body — the reference material in tapware: it does not rust and withstands hot water without deforming.
What's in the box?
The box contains: 1 tap; 2 connecting hoses, hot water and cold water; 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut; the necessary seals.
What colours does it come in?
This model comes in 3 finishes: Chrome, Black and Grey.
How do I look after it?
A soft cloth and soapy water, then a wipe: it is the water drying on the surface that leaves the white marks, not the limescale from the tap.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
