Four buttons, each with its own role

Four buttons, each with its own role

The detail photo labels each control. The large right-hand knob, marked B and C, sets the temperature. The three small buttons each open an outlet: the hand shower, the rain head and a low outlet marked “under water”.

So you open the water outlet by outlet, with no diverter to look for: one button, one function. The pictograms engraved above each one remind anyone who does not read the leaflet which outlet it is.

The thermostat, as advertised by the supplier, keeps the temperature stable: you set the large knob once, then only work the outlets.

A shelf that doubles as a ledge

The body of the column is a chrome shelf with a mirror top. In the photo, a perfume bottle and another bottle sit side by side on it: enough to keep shower gel and shampoo within reach, with no extra shelf to drill.

Above, the round rain head is carried by an angled arm, and the round hand shower, with several nozzle zones, adjusts on a slider.

The chrome and white set goes with white sanitaryware, as in the in-situ photos with toilet and bidet. The shelf stays at hand height, at the bottom of the tube, where you look for the soap.

Installation and chrome care

Installation and chrome care

The column fixes to the wall, connected to the hot and cold water supplies. Replacing an existing column is done on the same supplies; to create new ones, call a plumber.

Check the available height up to the ceiling: the head is carried above your head by an angled arm.

The mirror top of the shelf keeps water-drop marks: wipe with a dry microfibre cloth after showering. For chrome, soapy water is enough; abrasive products scratch it. On the buttons, a damp cotton bud reaches the engravings where soap builds up.

What makes the difference

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

What is the "underwater" button for?
It opens a low outlet on the column, separate from the rain shower and the handset, according to the supplier's legend.
Does the temperature stay stable?
The supplier describes it as a thermostatic column: the large knob sets the temperature, which is then maintained.
Can I put bottles on the shelf?
Yes, the flat top holds two in the photo.
Do I need to drill?
Yes, to fix the tube and the shelf to the wall, on existing water supplies.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
