An open, ring-shaped head

An open, ring-shaped head

There is no solid disc pierced with holes here: the head is an oval ring, hollowed out in the middle, and the water comes out of the rim. The straight handle ends in a knurled metal ring that screws onto the shower hose.

The range comes in six colours. Cream, pink and white make for a soft bathroom; anthracite pairs a bright red interior with the ring; silver and midnight blue, the latter with a light interior, go with chrome or dark taps. The body is ABS plastic, light in the hand.

The supplier classes it among the water-saving shower heads.

The cartridge and its refills

The cartridge and its refills

A grey cylindrical cartridge with two white end caps sits inside the handle. It is presented as a filter; the supplier does not state what it is made of or what it retains.

Choose your model by colour and number of cartridges: the handheld shower head with one, three or six cartridges, or the cartridge on its own to restock a model you already own. The title mentions three cartridges, but the one- and six-cartridge packs exist too: check the model you have chosen before you order.

Change the cartridge when the flow drops noticeably or it changes in appearance.

Connecting it and everyday use

Connecting it and everyday use

The handheld shower head screws onto the end of a standard shower hose, then rests on a wall bracket like any ordinary handset.

The cartridge is changed by unscrewing the bottom of the handle, without tools. Do it over the shower tray, as a little water stays in the handle.

To care for the ring, rinse the rim with clean water and wipe with a soft cloth; coloured ABS does not like scouring sponges or chlorinated products, which end up dulling the pink or the cream.

What makes the difference

Calling a plumber to upgrade your shower.

Our answer

A standard 1/2″ thread: it screws on by hand in five minutes, with no need to shut off the water at the meter.

A harsh jet that hits one spot and leaves your back cold.

Our answer

A wide spray area: at the same flow rate, the water covers your shoulders.

Limescale-clogged holes that can no longer be cleared.

Our answer

Soft nubs that clean with a swipe of the finger.

A heavy head that's a chore to hold when rinsing a child.

Our answer

A weight you can hold at arm's length, even with one hand.

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

Our answer
  • 1 ring-shaped handset
  • 1, 3 or 6 cartridges depending on the model chosen (or 1 cartridge on its own)

How many cartridges are included?
It depends on the model: 1, 3 or 6 cartridges with the handheld shower head. The "cartridge only" model serves as a refill.
What does the cartridge filter?
The supplier does not state its composition or its effect, so we do not promise any particular result.
Does it connect to my hose?
It screws onto the end of a shower hose, like an ordinary handset.
Which colour should I choose?
Cream, pink and white for a bright bathroom; silver, anthracite or midnight blue with chrome or dark taps.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
