Retro bronze shower system with round rain shower head and handset

The shower system has all the look of period taps: a bronze tone, chiselled wall flanges and a handset with a swollen olive-shaped handle. But the control is a single-lever mixer: lift to turn on, turn to go from cold to hot.

It is the right compromise for anyone who likes the vintage look without wanting to juggle two taps. In the photos, it goes as well with gold mosaic as with grey concrete.

The lever can be operated with the back of your hand, even with shampoo all over your fingers. The wall flanges, with their engraved crown pattern, hide the water supplies and recall the finishes of old houses.

The round rain shower head is 20 cm across and falls at the end of a curved neck. The handset rests on a holder along the tube and can be unhooked to rinse your hair or wash the tray.

In the detail photo, a small lever on the tube lets you direct the water to the rain shower head or to the handset. The mixer stays set: you change outlet without touching the temperature again.
