What comes with the tap?
The box contains: 1 tap; 2 connecting hoses, hot water and cold water; 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut; the necessary seals.
How do I clean it without damaging it?
A soft cloth and soapy water, with no abrasive or acidic product, which would wear the gold finish.
What is it made of?
304 stainless steel — the grade that resists corrosion, the same as sinks themselves.
Can I send it back?
You have 30 days to send it back, no need to give a reason.
Are taps easy to install yourself?
Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.
