One tap, two hoses

One tap, two hoses

The body divides into two downward-facing outlets, each ending in a quick-connect nozzle. For example, clip the reel hose on one side and the drip or pressure washer hose on the other, and each stays in place all season.

No need to unclip one hose to connect another, or to add a splitter hanging under the tap. A vegetable patch to water, a path to wash and an above-ground pool to fill can all be handled from the same water point.

All three finishes keep the same design: chrome for a light wall, black for a dark render, gold for an old-brass look.

One long lever, one butterfly handle

One long lever, one butterfly handle

The large lever on top is operated with a full hand, effortlessly. The second outlet has its own small butterfly handle: open one without touching the other, or both together while sharing the flow.

The exploded photo of the black version shows a nozzle taken apart: a screw-on adapter with a flat black seal. The nozzle therefore unscrews from the body, so it can be cleaned or replaced if it wears, without replacing the whole tap.

The two nozzles are identical: it doesn't matter which hose goes on which side, just keep the same habits from one season to the next.

Fitting to a 15x21 supply and frost protection

Fitting to a 15x21 supply and frost protection

The inlet is a 1/2″ male thread, the 15x21 of most outdoor water outlets. It screws into a female connector coming out of the wall, with PTFE tape; hold the body with a spanner rather than the lever so as not to bend anything.

If your supply is 3/4″ (20x27), a plumbing reducer makes the connection.

When the cold arrives, shut off the water upstream, open both controls and unclip the hoses: both outlets drain. Leave them open until spring. A quick look at the nozzle seals in spring avoids small leaks when clipping on.

What makes the difference

Receiving just the one part, and having to order the rest elsewhere.

Our answer
  • 1 double-outlet tap fitted with 2 quick-connect spouts

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here wall-mounted.

About this tap

Can both outlets run at the same time?
Yes, each has its own control. The flow is then shared between the two hoses.
Do my hoses clip onto it?
The nozzles are quick connectors, the click-fit garden hose format. Check that your fittings are of that type.
What supply is needed?
A 1/2″ (15x21) female connector. On a 3/4″ (20x27) outlet, add a reducer.
Can the nozzle be replaced?
It unscrews from the body, as the exploded photo shows, along with its flat washer.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
