About this tap
How do I clean it without damaging it?
A soft cloth and soapy water. Avoid any acidic or chlorine-based product: that is what dulls a matt black coating.
What's in the box?
The box contains: 1 tap; 2 connecting hoses, hot water and cold water; 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut; the necessary seals.
Does it suit a countertop basin?
It all depends on the spout height. On a countertop basin, a low spout sends the water onto the rim: measure the height of your basin and compare it with the tap’s before ordering.
Can I send it back?
You have 30 days to send it back, no need to give a reason.
Are taps easy to install yourself?
Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.
What should I do if my tap starts to leak?
If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
