Black wall-mounted two-outlet tap for washing machine

The title mentions two outlets: these are the two hose connections, placed under the body. You have to add the spout, which runs freely at the front. This utility room tap therefore serves three uses from a single wall tapping.

Each outlet has its own control. The right-hand lever, on top, opens the spout. The two round knobs, on either side of the body, each open one connection. The manufacturer speaks of independent switches: you fill a bucket at the spout while the machine stays supplied, or the other way round.

Both connections are quick connectors: a hose fitted with a clip-on female connector snaps onto them, as in the demonstration photo. One can feed the washing machine, the other a washing hose for the yard or garage.

If your machine’s hose ends in a screw-on nut, allow for a clip-on connector suited to its thread. The wall fixing is by a G1/2 thread, i.e. 15x21, with PTFE tape in the direction of screwing. Keep the second connection for a washing hose: you clean the bike or boots without touching the machine’s connection, which stays in place.

The tap measures 12.8 cm long by 9.5 cm high. Its black finish blends in on dark tiles, and stands out on a white wall, as you prefer.

For care, a damp cloth and a drop of soap are enough; avoid scouring creams, which mark the black. If the utility room is unheated, turn off its supply in winter and open the three controls to empty the body. Order shipped within 24 hours.
