Black thermostatic shower system, 27 cm mixer

The “27 cm shelf” actually refers to the thermostatic block at the bottom: a black bar about 27 cm long, with a flat top, on which you can set a small bottle. There is no separate shelf in the photos.

This block carries two square handles at its ends. The close-up shows the temperature marks engraved on the handle.

On the drawing, the distance between the two wall connectors is 15 cm. Two square rosettes, supplied, then dress the water outlets against the tiles.

The flat-lay photo shows a rectangular rain shower, wider than deep, of about 30 cm on the drawing, with a disc in the centre. The curved arm places it above the head.

The handset, with a rectangular head pierced in a grid, rests in a round slider that slides on the rail. You lower it for children, raise it for adults.

The total height adjusts from 92 to 126 cm: check it against your ceiling before ordering. The central disc of the rain shower breaks up the grid of its nozzles.

The package contains the rain shower, the handset, the thermostatic block, the rail and its arm, a second tube, the hose, the slider, two square rosettes, two brass eccentric connectors, seals and fittings.

The eccentric connectors screw into the wall water outlets and correct a small offset before receiving the thermostatic block. If the gap is too large, call a plumber.

For upkeep, a damp microfibre cloth is enough on the polished black. PTFE tape on the eccentrics' threads ensures a watertight seal.
