A shower system that adjusts to your ceiling

The dimensioned photo shows a vertical section adjustable from 78 to 115 cm and a 30.5 cm arm between the tube and the rain head. Before ordering, measure the distance between the mixer and the ceiling: you need room above the shower head to fit the column.

This adjustment lets you set the rain head at the right height, whether the bath is low or the shower is used by tall adults. The round handset slides along the tube and locks wherever you want.

The shelf is a black rectangular tray, slotted across its whole base so the water drains away and bottles don't sit in it. In the photo it holds two bottles and a corner for a bar of soap.

It slides onto the tube at mid-height, above the mixer. You keep everything within reach without drilling for a shelf.

Matt black has one drawback to know about: limescale leaves white marks on it. Wipe the column and shelf after showering to keep the black even. If you prefer higher storage, the shelf can be moved up the tube before tightening.

The single-lever mixer has a curved spout that fills the bath. To switch to the shower, you divert the water upwards. The temperature is set by hand, by turning the lever.

Fitting is on two hot and cold wall supplies, with the eccentric connectors visible in the packaging photo. The tube is held to the wall by a bracket, fixed with screws and wall plugs. On a bath already fitted with a wall mixer, it is a simple replacement.

Before tightening, check by eye that the tube is plumb: a leaning column is obvious against tiles.

What ceiling height do I need?
The adjustable section runs from 78 to 115 cm above the mixer, plus the height of the mixer itself: measure from your mixer to the ceiling before ordering.
Is it a thermostatic mixer?
The photos show a single-lever mixer: you set the temperature by hand.
Does matt black show marks?
Limescale leaves white marks on black: a wipe with a cloth after showering prevents them.
