Black and gold 4-function shower system with shelf and 34 cm rain shower head

The bar, the mixer and the shelf are black; the rim of the rain shower head, the sliders, the dials and the bidet sprayer are gold. The result evokes a hotel bathroom, with marble or dark tiles.

The rain shower head is rectangular, about 34.5 x 30 cm on the diagram, edged with a gold trim. In the centre, a small group of closely spaced nozzles stands out from the grid.

The supplier states a polished finish and a wall-bracket mounting. The black arm of the rain shower head draws a soft curve above the bar, and the handset slider picks up the gold again.

The mixer, at the bottom, has a large gold lever and three small gold dials. The rain shower head, the square handset, the pouring spout and the trigger bidet sprayer are all fed from this same block.

The spout fills a bath; the bidet sprayer sits next to the mixer for intimate hygiene or rinsing the tray.

Higher up, a black shelf holds bottles, and its gold hooks keep a sponge and mitt within reach. The black square handset slides in this gold slider: you set it at the height you want without unhooking it.

The rail slides: the diagram shows 72 to 120 cm, and an arrow in the photos shows the height adjustment. That way you can set the rain shower head to suit your ceiling and everyone’s height.

The shower system connects to two water supplies coming out of the wall; the back of the mixer shows two threaded brass connectors. If your outlets are not in place, a plumber can adapt them.

The gold parts are cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water, never with an abrasive product. Include the rain shower arm in the total height.
