What's in the box

What's in the box

One photo lays out the whole contents, which is rare: the waterfall-spout mixer, the square handset, its wall holder, a 150 cm metal hose, two eccentric connectors marked 3/4″ and 1/2″, two rosettes, wall plugs with their screws and a set of seals.

In other words, nothing more to buy before fitting. The plugs and screws are for the handset holder, to be fixed above the mixer; the eccentrics and rosettes are for the mixer itself. The 150 cm hose leaves enough length to shower standing up or rinse the bath.

Black, chrome or gold

Black, chrome or gold

All three shades are photographed in situation. Chrome stays the neutral choice, matching an existing towel rail. Matt black gives a graphic contrast on light tiles. Gold, brighter, warms up a white or beige bathroom.

In each version, the handset and its holder take the colour of the mixer, and the hose follows: silver with chrome, gold with gold, black with the black version. The body is stated to be brass and the handset ABS plastic according to the supplier, which keeps it light in the hand.

A waterfall spout for the bath

A waterfall spout for the bath

The spout is a wide, flat blade of about 11.7 cm: the water comes out as a curtain, as in the photo of the black model. A lever on top sets the flow and the temperature; the supplier states a ceramic valve.

Fitting is on the wall onto two existing inlets, with a spacing of 13.5 to 17 cm accepted thanks to the eccentrics. The handset is about 23 cm long. If the shade does not suit once out of the box, you have 30 days to change your mind.

A zamak body with a simple chrome plating: the finish flakes off and the metal pits underneath.

Our answer

A brass body, the benchmark material for taps: it does not rust and withstands hot water without warping.

Finding out at installation that the drilling does not match.

Our answer

The installation type is stated on the product page before you buy, here 2 holes.

What else do I need to buy?
Nothing for the installation: hose, holder, eccentric connectors, rosettes, wall plugs and seals are supplied. Only PTFE tape and tools are left for you to provide.
What colour is the hose?
It follows the finish: silver on chrome, gold on gold, black on black, according to the photos.
What spacing do my supplies need?
Between 13.5 and 17 cm, centre to centre.
Is the handset made of metal?
No, the supplier states ABS plastic; the mixer itself is brass.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
