20 gold kitchen taps, from €69.90 to €456.90
A gold kitchen tap changes the look of a sink: it warms up a white kitchen, goes with a wooden worktop or stands out against a dark splashback. This page only includes models whose main photo is gold: 13 sink-mounted taps and 7 wall-mounted taps, from €69.90 to €456.90. Gold describes the colour. The body is brass, stainless steel or zinc alloy depending on the model, as each data sheet states.

A simple gold tap for the sink
The Gold Kitchen Sink Tap (€69.90) is a mixer tap with a swivel spout, without a spray. According to its data sheet it is in brushed stainless steel, and it is the entry price of the page along with the flexible-neck model.
Gold wall-mounted kitchen tap
7 wall-mounted taps, from €84.90 to €233.90, useful when the water supply comes out of the splashback or above the hob:
- Gold Wall-Mounted Kitchen Tap: €98.90, in brass with brushed finish, double handle.
- Vintage Wall-Mounted Kitchen Tap: €84.90, in brass, two handles.
- Retro brass wall-mounted kitchen tap with cross handles, swivel spout: €97.90.
- Retro gold fold-down wall-mounted kitchen tap, fixings included: €108.90, in brass.
- Cold-water fold-down wall-mounted kitchen tap, gold, steel or chrome: from €126.90 to €187.90 depending on the finish chosen.
- Fold-down wall-mounted brass kitchen tap, gold or matt black: €149.90.
- Antique brass fold-down wall-mounted kitchen tap, two handles: €233.90, hot and cold water.
Folding models fold back against the wall when not in use. Two of them are cold-water-only taps (the "cold water" model and the gold or matt black brass model): they are for filling a pan, not for replacing the sink mixer tap.
For more choice in this format, our fold-down kitchen taps range from the small-sink model to the tall spout, with or without a spray.
Which gold kitchen tap should you choose?
- For everyday washing and rinsing: a mixer tap with a pull-out spray, such as the 20 cm swan neck (€86.90).
- For drinking filtered water: a two-spout or 3-way model, from €88.90 to €169.90.
- For an old-style kitchen: the retro brass taps, the vintage mixer tap or a wall-mounted one with cross-heads.
- For a small budget: the Gold Kitchen Sink Tapware, under €70.
- On the wall, near the hob: a folding wall-mounted tap, from €108.90 to €233.90.
Also think about the number of holes in your sink: most deck-mounted models fit on a single hole, and two-handle wall-mounted taps need two supplies. In terms of connection, the data sheet of 12 of the 20 models states 1/2 inch, and that of 2 models 3/8.
If the water supply comes out of the wall, our wall-mounted kitchen mixer taps also come with swivel-spout or pull-out-spray models, including black and stainless steel.
How do you care for gold tapware?
A soft cloth, lukewarm water and a little soap are enough to clean gold tapware. Dry the tap after use to avoid limescale marks, which are more visible on a glossy finish than on a brushed one. Avoid abrasive sponges, bleach and harsh descaling products, which can dull the shade, and follow the manufacturer's manual.
Gold kitchen mixer tap or two-handle tap?
A mixer tap controls flow and temperature with a single handle: this is the case with most of the deck-mounted taps on this page. A two-handle tap keeps hot and cold water separate, like the gold wall-mounted kitchen tap or the Vintage wall-mounted tap.
What are the signs that a kitchen mixer tap needs replacing?
A persistent drip once the lever is closed, a lever that sticks or turns freely, a temperature that varies on its own or a leak at the base of the tap point to a worn cartridge or seals. If the body itself is damaged or the finish is flaking, replacing the tap is often the best solution.
