Four spray modes — one movement is enough to switch from rinsing to scouring.

Rotating oval head — switch spray with a quarter turn, without letting go of the tap.

Swivel spout — it tucks to the side as soon as the sink is used for something else.

Specifications

Basin mixer tap with rotating head and 4 spray modes

The basin mixer tap with rotating head and 4 spray modes replaces the existing basin tap on its current tap hole. Its body is made of 304 stainless steel. Its ceramic cartridge is the part that decides whether a tap drips after three years. This model is listed under our basin mixer taps.

It is fitted on three holes. The connector is 3/8″, the standard thread of French water supplies: existing hoses screw straight on. The parcel contains 1 tap, 2 connecting hoses, hot and cold water, 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut, and the necessary sealing washers. Dispatch within 24 hours and 30 days to change your mind.

Choosing well: basin mixer tap

Choosing well: basin mixer tap

A basin mixer is chosen on the spout height relative to the basin. On a countertop basin you need a tall model, otherwise the water splashes; on a built-in washbasin a standard spout is enough, and a tall one throws water out of the bowl.

The other models are gathered in our Basin Tap.

Basin Mixer Tap: Spout Height and Basin Size

Basin Mixer Tap: Spout Height and Basin Size

Between two mixers, the cartridge, the finish and the presence of an aerator decide it — the aerator cuts consumption without changing the feel.

  • 304 stainless steel body
  • Spout height suited to a countertop basin or a built-in washbasin
  • Integrated aerator, to cut consumption without losing comfort
  • Ceramic cartridge, for drip-free operation
  • Connecting hoses supplied

An aerator like Gold tap aerator fits by hand and reduces the flow without you feeling it.

Fitting it on an existing worktop

Fitting it on an existing worktop

It fits on the existing hole, from underneath. Check the length of the supplied hoses before removing the old one: it is the classic oversight.

Well fitted and descaled from time to time, taps and fittings last about ten years. It is the washers and the cartridge that fail first, never the body: both can be replaced without removing the tap.

The rest of the selection can be seen in our Bathroom Tap.

What makes the difference

A fixed spout that takes up the bowl permanently.

Our answer

A swivel spout that moves out of the way as soon as the sink is needed for something else.

A spout that's too short and sends the water onto the rim of the basin.

Our answer

A calibrated spout so the stream lands in the centre, not on the ceramic.

A rubber washer that flattens and leaves the tap dripping after two years.

Our answer

A ceramic cartridge: two polished discs that shut off the water by contact.

A harsh jet that splashes the mirror as soon as you wash your hands.

Our answer

An aerator that softens the flow: the water comes out full, without the force.

Drilling the basin to fit a new tap.

Our answer

Installation on the existing hole, with the threaded stem and nut supplied.

What is it made of?
304 stainless steel — the grade that resists corrosion, the same as sinks themselves.
What's in the box?
The box contains: 1 tap; 2 connecting hoses, hot water and cold water; 1 under-basin fixing system — threaded rod and nut; the necessary seals.
What colours does it come in?
This model comes in 2 finishes: Black and Grey.
How do I look after it?
A soft cloth and soapy water, then a wipe: it is the water drying on the surface that leaves the white marks, not the limescale from the tap.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
