One inlet, two outlets — the supplied angle valve feeds both the cistern and the handset, each with its own thumbwheel.

Adhesive base — the handset holder is stuck on: the tiles stay intact, ideal for renting.

Spiral hose — it stretches to about 2.2 m to reach the whole bowl, then retracts by itself.

304 stainless steel — the handset does not rust in the damp of the toilet.

The 3-way valve is supplied

The 3-way valve is supplied

It is the part that is often missing: this kit arrives with its small “one inlet, two outlets” angle valve, about 6 cm wide. It screws onto the toilet supply: one outlet goes back to the cistern, the other to the handset.

Each outlet has its own notched thumbwheel: you can shut off the handset without shutting off the flush.

The thumbwheels, in brass like the valve body, turn easily even with wet hands. The whole unit stays compact enough to fit between the wall and the cistern.

Zero drilling

Zero drilling

The handset holder is fixed on a small 3.6 × 2.5 cm adhesive base, to be stuck on clean, dry tiles. The holder itself is brass.

Handy when renting, or on tiles you don’t want to damage.

According to the dimensioned photo, this holder is about 8.2 cm long: the handset slides in and out with one hand. Degrease the tile well before sticking the base on, and let the adhesive set before first use. The base stays discreet: a small, almost transparent plate that disappears on a light tile.

A hose that doesn’t trail

A hose that doesn’t trail

The coiled hose lengthens when you pull the handset, up to about 2.2 m, and coils back up by itself when you hang it up: it does not hang down to the floor.

Close the handset’s thumbwheel after use: the hose is then no longer under pressure.

For care, wash the handset with soapy water; if limescale builds up on the nozzle, soaking it in white vinegar dissolves it. Chrome, grey or black: choose the shade that matches the rest of your toilet. In the photos, a light hose goes with the chrome version, a dark hose with the grey and black versions.

Calling a plumber to run an extra water supply.

Frequently asked questions

About this tap

Another question?
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.

+33 7 56 88 18 90 Write to us
Is the tap to connect it included?
Yes: a “one inlet, two outlets” angle valve, which feeds the cistern and the handset.
Does the holder really stay up without drilling?
Yes, on a smooth, clean, dry surface (tiles, ceramic). Let the adhesive set before hanging the handset on it.
Is it compatible with my toilet?
The valve screws onto the cistern’s water supply. Check its thread: most often 3/8″ (12x17), the French standard.
Is the water cold?
Yes: connected to the toilet supply, it gives mains cold water.
Are taps easy to install yourself?

Most of our models are designed to be easy to fit yourself, with clear instructions and standard tools. For some of the more complex models, it may be advisable to call in a professional.

What should I do if my tap starts to leak?

If your tap starts to leak, first check whether the problem comes from the seals or the cartridge. These parts can wear over time and are easy to replace. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for help or to claim under the guarantee, if applicable.
