White 3-mode shower head with self-cleaning silicone nozzles

The handheld shower head is 102 mm wide and 267 mm long, with a head only 17 mm thick: it stays slim in profile. Its colour, called milky white in the photos, leans slightly towards cream.

The connector, brass-coloured, adds a touch of gold at the bottom of the handle. The whole goes well with gold or white taps, light wood furniture or beige tiles, as in the lifestyle shot. The body is ABS, moulded in one piece according to the detail image, with no joint where water can stagnate.

A single button on the handle, below the head, cycles through the three modes: rain for everyday showering, massage for a more concentrated jet, and mixed, which combines the two.

The face is covered in soft silicone nozzles. A detail photo shows them close up: if limescale blocks them, a light rub with a finger is enough to clear them. The supplier talks about self-cleaning nozzles and boosted pressure; we keep to what you can see: soft, easy-care nozzles, with no stated figure for pressure or savings.

The 16 mm threaded end screws on by hand to a standard shower hose. No tools are needed, and the handset then sits in a wall bracket or on a rail.

Its wide head suits a shower where you rinse by hand, or as a replacement for a chrome handset that feels too cold in a bathroom with warm tones.

For upkeep, rinse the face after your shower and wipe the white with a soft cloth; coloured or abrasive products could mark it.
